根據(jù)這個(gè)推理過程，條件二就一定不充分了，因?yàn)橹辽俅嬖趥€(gè)位數(shù)和十位數(shù)互換的兩種情況，而題目問的是What is 是問唯一值，因此存在多種情況必不能回答，條件二不充分。
